Biography

Dr. Gutentag is a seasoned international business executive and previous C suite executive. After receiving a Doctor of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 2021, she became a Visiting Assistant Professor at Seaver College teaching in the areas of marketing, advertising, research methodologies, cross-cultural communication, and sustainable business practices. Her research, which focuses on communication strategies to foster sustainable consumption, has been recognized at top academic conferences and was recently published in the International Journal of Advertising. She is part of a team that received a National Science Foundation grant to explore the public’s acceptance of sustainable sanitation solutions that are vital for climate mitigation and adaption.
