Testimonials

Ryan Marumoto

Pepperdine was instrumental in shaping my professional career. Through my Business Administration courses, I developed a strong foundation in business knowledge and practical skills that I continue to use today. My involvement in clubs and my fraternity (Student Alumni Organization and Sigma Phi Epsilon) connected me to Pepperdine’s extensive alumni network, allowing me to learn from industry professionals and explore new career interests.

Additionally, the university’s professional resources helped me prepare for life after college through interview coaching, resume refinement, and personalized career guidance. I also gained valuable, hands-on experience through internships with various companies within my desired industry.

All of this led me to my current role at William Morris Endeavor (WME), where I work as an Agent Assistant in the Music department. I apply the skills and lessons I learned at Pepperdine every day, and the guidance I received has helped me stand out in my post-graduate career. I’m deeply grateful for my four years in Malibu and the foundation they provided for my professional journey.
